Calculate your running pace

In the Data Center, you will find a calculator called Pace Calculator that lets you work out what your training pace should be. If you are aiming for a particular 10K time, enter what your planned time should be.
It will then show you what the paces are for training to hit that particular race and time. This is often for developing and advanced runners. Beginning runners should concentrate on building their base level of fitness.
- For your easy runs, you should be running at the Easy Pace.
- For your Easy/Steady runs you should be running in the Easy or Steady Pace speed.
- For your track and fartlek training you will be running at the Hard Pace
